Nina Louise Photography offers custom website design built from scratch. Nina primarily uses Wix and Pixieset to create user-friendly sites, making it easy for you to manage and update your content after launch. She also provides guidance on how to use your website and add new content. Support is available for setting up Facebook/Meta Business pages and

Etsy stores as well.

If you prefer not to manage the technical side, Nina offers hosting services for a simple monthly fee starting at $50.

Please note that pricing does not include platform subscription fees or domain costs, which are paid directly to the website provider. Free website versions do not support custom domains. It is important to inform Nina of the devices you use, as compatibility may vary.

An invoice will be issued when you are ready to proceed. A non-refundable $500 retainer is required at the start of the project to cover setup and design time, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Timeframe for setting up website or Facebook

Website design typically takes approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the information provided, communication during setup, image uploads, page creation, and ensuring all details—such as links and payment systems—are accurate and functioning. Nina will advise if additional time is required due to unforeseen circumstances, workload, or delays in receiving content.

Domain costs vary depending on the name you choose. Nina can provide a quote based on your preferred domain options. Domains can be registered through GoDaddy or another provider.

Nina is not responsible for any software or hardware issues on your devices. All setups are completed on her Apple computers, with guidance provided via phone or in person. For local clients, Nina can assist with logging in and navigating your website on your own device. In-home visits are available after completion, limited to one hour at $99, with an additional travel fee for locations more than 20km from Nina’s base. Quotes for travel can be provided on request.
