Wedding & Event Information
*USB image count is an estimate, as galleries may vary. A minimum spend of $65 in the store is required to use a voucher. Additional time can be arranged with at least 7 days’ notice and will be charged at $550 per hour beyond the agreed session time. A travel fee of $50 or more applies to locations over 30km from Nina’s Bayside (Redlands) location.
If the elopement or event is more than 60km one way, accommodation will be required and outlined in the contract at the client’s expense. A minimum of two nights’ accommodation is required (the night before and the night of the event) at no cost to Nina Louise Photography. Terms and conditions apply.
Editing turnaround time is approximately 2–6 months, depending on workload and client volume. You will be notified when your gallery is ready to select prints. Print orders take approximately 2–6 weeks once selections are confirmed. Nina is not responsible for shipping delays.
All prints are ordered through a professional photography lab to ensure quality. Printing elsewhere may result in differences in colour, paper, and overall finish. Clients are responsible for backing up all delivered files, as Nina cannot store all files long term.
All elopements and events require a contract, and these Terms & Conditions must be agreed to and signed by all parties engaging Nina Louise Photography. The contract is prepared at booking and confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable $600 retainer.
The remaining balance must be paid in regular weekly or fortnightly instalments and finalised in full at least 60 days prior to the wedding. Quotes for travel and accommodation can be provided for locations over 60km from Nina’s base or interstate.
