On this page you will find the Information on Frequently Asked Questions, my Terms & Conditions when booking in with Nina from Nina Louise Photography.

Where are you Located?

My home based Studio is in Holmview Qld 4207. I am Located in South Brisbane before Northern Gold Coast. I have an Air-conditioned Studio built inside my home.

I have all the Props, Set ups, Outfits, Wraps, Lighting Equipment & anything that is needed for a Newborn session. I offer Complimentary use of my Gown Collection for Maternity sessions & FREE consultations for you to come & meet me!

Do you offer Digital only Packages?

No I don't. I have Packages that include Images that were edited in your online Gallery WITH some Printed Goodies! Certain packages have a USB or digital download option. You can also purchase all your Gallery in the Extras section under Print store on each page.

Some Packages can include: Linen Photo albums or books, Print boxes, Block Mounts, Keyrings, Magnets, 5x7, A4, A3 Lustre Professional Photography grade paper from a Professional Photography Printing lab.

You will not get a Kmart, Big W, Officeworks or a retail store quality photo. Your professional Images NEED Professional grade printing to get your quality, those printing places just ruin the colours, the quality & do not last!!! Nina orders her prints and stock from a Professional Photography Printing lab, Please keep in mind if you print elsewhere you will not get the quality in colours, photo paper or products as it is not compatible with the same colour profiles, calibration and quality inks.

My online store is connected to your Gallery & every Package gets a PRINT CREDIT to go shopping for some lovely gifts for your home or for your loved ones! If you are after Proper Professional quality on a Print, check out my Online Store! it is a Minimum $65 spend.

Cancellations or Refunds?

I do NOT offer Cancellations or refunds for change of mind or any reasons. But can offer a Credit to use in a 12 month timeframe MINUS the non-refundable retainer session fee of $200. The $200 retainer is used to cover my time & any Assistants set up etc. It is not refundable.

I have no issue with illnesses as I won't shoot if you are sick or your family members or if I am or my children. I can reschedule you at no added cost IF 24 hours notice was given. If no notice was given you lose the non-refundable retainer session fee of $200 as it covered the time and date booked allocated away from other clients. I need to be healthy due to my Family & all Families that come to see me, so I respect honesty in my clients.

When booking you are asked to pay a non-refundable retainer session fee of $200 before I book a date & time. Each session has the $200 session fee PLUS the Package fee.

Do you offer Payment Plans?

.All you need to pay is the minimum non-refundable retainer (amount is outlines in each package) Then weekly or fortnightly equal Instalments payments. A minimum $100 per week or fortnight $150 paid off over time. Once the FULL balance is paid, your editing timeframe will start.

If you cannot make regular payments or 1 week you are short, just a quick message to let me know if fine. I am flexible. There are late fees of $20 for no payments within a 2 week period without any communication. All invoices contain my banking details for you to deposit into and a regular app automatically emails the invoices weekly as a reminder. Please keep this in mind as you will be invoiced for the late fees. Once fully paid editing starts. Easy options for your Family today!

Editing

My editing times differ depending on your session. Most sessions take 2-8 weeks, I usually aim at 2-4 weeks for a normal session. I can exceed due to the high volume of clients. I also have 2 young children who are home some days. These times are an approximate timeframe. You must pay a rushed fee if you need your pics before 4 weeks of an additional $200 upon booking - an agreement will be written up & it has to be dated & signed by both parties BEFORE day of the session.

There is a fee of $50 per additional editing. My editing consists of - Crop, Saturation, reduce redness where possible, light wrinkles, occasional face swap & light blemish removal.

MORE EDITING INFORMATION

I will NOT edit - large amounts of hair, bodies or clothing to appear tanned, slimmer, taller, shorter, different colours, wrinkles in clothing or unnatural alterations. So make sure you IRON those shirts guys! I refuse to change the colour of natural skin as I find this doesn't represent my business and how you should feel about your beautiful self. You are beautiful the way you are so natural is what I do!

Nina is not responsible for how Adult, teens, children & babies behave or the faces they make or the moods they may be in. We will always do our best! First Sneak peek is Usually posted within 14 days (pending workload).

Orders are placed after you have chosen your prints from your packages AFTER your final email stating it is now ready. Orders take 2-6 weeks to arrive & you will be notified to arrange a collection time with Nina. Delivery fees apply for drop offs, ask Nina if you cannot make it to collect. Please note, no editing will start until FULL payments are received, then the timeframe starts after that. By paying in full for your session you Agree to all the Terms & Conditions outlined here on the FAQs page and on this website that is linked to your invoices upon booking.
